Upcoming Event: Friday, October 21st

Coming up on Friday, October 21st, the Western New York Society of the Archaeological Institute of America will be sponsoring the Joukowsky Lecture by Professor Richard Talbert of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill entitled: "All Roads Lead to Rome": The Roman Highway System in Global Perspective.  The lecture will be held at 7:00pm at the Buffalo Museum of Science.  Please see the following links for more information pertaining to the lecture as well as directions to the venue.  We hope all of you can make it out to this very exciting event.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact

Upcoming Event: Wednesday, September 21st

On Wednesday, September 21st, The Houghton Chapter of the New York State Archaeological Association will be presenting a talk entitled 'The Excavation of A Prehistoric Burial Mound in Hassloch, Germany' by Dr. Philip Kiernan of the Department of Classics, University at Buffalo.  The event will take place at 7:00pm at the Buffalo Museum of Science.  Please see the attached image.
